𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭 (𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞)

This entire list contains colleges that at least have one full tuition for international students. Many of these colleges offer full rides.

Some colleges have a special merit scholarship name included in the bracket. Those scholarships have some specific deadlines, and for most of the colleges, if you don’t get those scholarship, the full tuition (plus) thing is not available.

The ones don’t have any special scholarship named after them, mostly offer generous need-based financial aid.
