So while going to the counter I had an incident.
At first, I was told to go to counter 8. When I reached there, I saw my previous Visa Officer who interviewed me last time and rejected me. I was saddened because this Visa Officer was very arrogant and would not listen. I prayed that whatever happens HAPPENS. I went and greeted her, then she looked at me and said
VO: Oh I interviewed you last time. Please go to the next counter for a new interview.
I was surprised to hear her words. But my next counter(9) was rejecting everyone mercilessly. I took a leap of faith and thought "No l will go to counter 10, I want to avoid counter 9 as much as possible" so I tricked the officers there and went to counter 10.

INTERVIEW DURATION: 1 min 30 seconds
VO Description: White Middle Aged Man, Polite
Conversation with VO:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Me: Good morning, Officer.
VO: Good morning! Pass me your I-20 and Passport.
He then stared at my I-20 for 20 seconds.
VO: What interested you in Computer Science?
Me: I chose CS because I was interested in Artificial Intelligence. Firstly, I always had a strong interest in the latest technologies and problem-solving from a young age. Moreover, the demand for skilled professionals in the field of CS is consistently high worldwide. So, I aim to acquire the skills and knowledge needed for Artificial Intelligence and return to Bangladesh so I can implant automatic cars on roads to solve traffic congestion problems and prevent road accidents in the future.
Then VO typed for 30s
VO: How many Universities did you apply to?
Me: 3 Unis and they are Arizona State University, University of Illinois Chicago, and Pennsylvania State University.
VO: So why did u choose ASU and not others?
Me: Well, I got offer letter from ASU and UIC and ASU offered me their most prestigious scholarship and my first priority was scholarship and UIC did not offer me any scholarship so I chose ASU.
Then VO typed again for 30s. While typing he asked me
VO: Have you visited any countries?
Me: I have previously visited Singapore, Malaysia, and recently Dubai.
VO: Oo where did you visit in Malaysia?
Me: Basically it was a one-week tour and it was a combined tour of both Singapore and Malaysia.
VO: What places did you visit?
Me: So I visited the Twin Tower, Genting High Land, and the beach but I stayed only 4 days in Malaysia and 3 days in Singapore so I didn't have enough time to visit all the tourist spots.
VO: Ooh!! I see.
Then typed for 10s
VO: Who will be your sponsors?
Me: My parents are my sponsors.
VO: What do they do?
Me: My father is a civil engineer employed as an executive engineer working for LGED and my mother is an owner of an agro farm business.
VO: What responsibility does your father have?
Me: He mainly supervises and monitors the construction projects.
VO: What type of construction projects?
Me: Mainly buildings and bridges, all those.
Then I saw VO stop paying attention to me so I stopped talking but he said continue on.
Me: The construction projects are assigned to the local tenderers and he reports back the progress of the construction projects to the government.
VO: Hmm
Then after endless typing, he finally handed me the blue leaflet.

Tips: I understood my flaw in my 1st interview. I was very nervous so I could not explain to the VO properly and the VO was also arrogant and did not hear my explanation. She handed me the rejection letter and the interview duration was probably 30s. However, I corrected my flaws and practiced continuously. So, just be confident and don't be worried. Whatever happens HAPPENS!! Don't be stressed about the interview like I did in my previous one. Just be relaxed and answer confidently. Also, keep making eye contact while answering even if the VO doesn't pay attention.

GOOD LUCK!!
